Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Visa Mobile App (the "App") or any of its associated services and functionality, including by submitting an Experience (as described below) through the App, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The App is maintained and operated by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, a Singapore incorporated company (“Visa,” “we” or “us”).
Use of the App is further subject to the general Visa Terms of Use and Privacy Policies applicable to and available at www.visa.com.sg). The Visa Mobile App Terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
About the Visa Mobile App
The App provides you with a forum to explore offers and experiences that are located overseas or nearby. The App allows you to view experiences submitted by other users, gives you access to offers and discounts and allows you to submit your experiences ("Experience") for others to view. The App also provides you with other functionality, including a currency conversion tool, travel planning and destination information, including integration with the Visa Travel Happy website at www.visatravelhappy.com.
When you submit an Experience through the App, your Experience may be viewed by other users of the App. Your Experience may also be displayed or appear as part of the App on any or all of the Visa Travel Happy website, Facebook, various pages within each of those sites, social networks, emails, text messages and other forms of marketing communications.
Integration with social network accounts
If you sign up using your social network account (including but not limited to Facebook or Twitter) (“Social Network Account") and/or link your Social Network account at any time during or after the registration process for the App, then:
| (A) | You irrevocably agree and consent to Visa accessing your profile and information registered by you on your Social Network Account, including without limitation, the profiles and information of your "friends" on that Social Network Account. |
| (B) | You authorize Visa to extract information that you have registered with the Social Network Account provider/distributor to "auto-fill" the required fields as well as your friend list. |
| (C) | You agree to the terms of use and policies of the relevant Social Network Account in relation to the use of the App and the access of information by Visa from that Social Network Account. You acknowledge and agree that Visa may need to rely on authentication and "session management" by the provider of your Social Network Account and Visa will not be responsible or liable for the actions of the Social Network Account provider. |
Experience Submission Requirements
When submitting an Experience through the App and/or posting comments on other Experiences, to the extent relevant to the App functionality you agree and warrant that:
| (A) | The information and materials you post or submit, including any logos, images, artwork and/or materials appearing in your Experience or post (collectively the “Posted Content”), are either: (i) original, created solely and fully owned by you, or (ii) not created or owned by you but in respect of which you have the full right to post or submit through the App or in association with Experiences, such right to include (but not be limited to) all necessary licenses and permits from the copyright owner(s) of any such Posted Content. |
| (B) | If any individuals other than you appear in any images or other materials submitted as part of your Experience or post, you have received consent from each such individual to be filmed or photographed by you and to have his or her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, comments, posts, statements and biographical material (as applicable) included in the Experience as uploaded to the App and used as otherwise permitted by these Terms. |
| (C) | You are over the age of eighteen (18) and are the age of majority in your jurisdiction of legal residence and have the capacity to agree to these Terms. IF ANY PERSON APPEARS IN YOUR EXPERIENCE WHO IS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF LEGAL RESIDENCE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF SUCH PERSON, YOU MUST APPEAR IN THE CONTENT WITH ANY SUCH PERSON AND YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO SUCH PERSON BEING FEATURED ON THE APP AND RELATED SITES AND REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT NO ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS OR CONSENTS ARE NEEDED WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PERSON BEING FEATURED IN, OR APPEARING IN THE EXPERIENCE. You agree to make all requisite aforementioned consents available in writing to Visa upon request. |
| (D) | Your Experiences and posts comply with the following requirements:

Visa may, but is not required to, screen or monitor Experiences and posts, either before or after posting, including for compliance with the requirements set out above. Visa will make all determinations as to the compliance and appropriateness of Experiences and posts in its sole discretion. Visa may reject, edit or remove any Experience at any time without notice, including if the Experience does not satisfy the Experience requirements, or for any other reason.
Intellectual Property License
You hereby grant Visa an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license (“License” to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, redact, edit, republish, sublicense, translate, copy and create derivative works from your Posted Content (as defined above under “Experience Submission Requirements”), in any media now known or hereafter developed, without any payment, compensation or further notification to or permission from you). You agree to be solely liable for your Experience and all Posted Content. Pursuant to the grant of the License as aforesaid, for the avoidance of doubt you consent to Visa, and anyone acting on behalf of Visa, doing any act in accordance with the License that would otherwise constitute an infringement of any moral or intellectual property rights that you or any other relevant party may have in your Experience and Posted Content.
Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the App are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Visa and others. Nothing contained on the App should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the written permission of Visa or such third party that may own the Trademark. Misuse of any Trademarks, or any other content, displayed on the App is prohibited. Visa aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights, including via civil and criminal proceedings.
Use of Name/Likeness/Content
By using the App and/or submitting an Experience, you consent to Visa’s and its designees’ use (and any modification before use) of your Experience, name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, comments, posts, statements and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes for Visa, in any and all media now or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the internet, print media and television, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional payment, compensation or further notification to or permission from you, except where prohibited by law, or by the applicable terms and conditions of any website(s).
Submitted Experiences
Visa may choose certain Experiences (“Submitted Experiences”) to be developed into advertisements, commercials, multimedia content, and other promotional material to promote Visa and its products and services. Visa may make any modifications or edits as it deems fit to such Submitted Experiences. You agree and consent to the use by Visa of your Experience for this purpose.
Indemnification/Release
You agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless Visa, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, business partners, contractors, distribution partners and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising from or related to: (i) any breach by you of any of these Terms or any violation of applicable law or any agreement with a third party to which you are subject; (ii) Visa’s use of your Experience, posts, or any content contained in them, including your or any other person’s name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, comments, posts, statements, biographical material or other information, including without limitation any claims arising out of or based upon (to the extent applicable) copyright infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation, invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, blurring, alteration, editing, morphing, distortion, illusionary effect, faulty reproduction, fictionalization or use in any composite or edited form of your Experience or post, name, image, likeness or other information submitted to the App; and (iii) your use of materials or features available via the App.
Warranty & Limitation Of Liability
Visa has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you. You acknowledge and agree that Visa has no responsibility regarding which other users sign up for the App, what content another user accesses via the App, what effects the App may have on a user, how a user may interpret or use the content on the App, or what actions a user may take as a result of having been exposed to the content on the App.
Visa makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or the veracity of any information users provide. In no event shall Visa be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to your or anyone else's conduct in connection with the App, including, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, psychological issues or damage, and any damages resulting in any way from communications or meetings with other users or persons that you may otherwise interact with through the App. As such, you agree to take your own reasonable precautions and exercise the utmost personal care in all interactions with any individual that you come into contact with through the App. For example, you should not, under any circumstances, provide your financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account numbers) to other individuals.
The App, service, and content are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis and are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed, save to the extent required by law. Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, you understand and acknowledge that the following features and information available on the App (as amended, edited or added from time to time) are indicative facts/figures only provided by Visa based on information from its selected partners and resources, and Visa makes no representation or warranty of any nature in relation to the accuracy or reliability of such indicative facts/figures (and in addition may amend or delete such indicative facts/figures at any time):
- Information for Travel Money Facts (i.e.: cost of a bottle of water) in a destination
- Maps, ATM locator, Currency Converter, etc
- Experiences and associated information e.g. Address, Contact details, website URL, average cost of experience, etc
- Offers and associated information e.g. Address, Contact details, website URL, average cost of experience, etc
- Experiences submitted by other users and associated information e.g. average cost of experience, address, etc
Visa, and its directors, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, partners and content providers do not warrant that: (a) the App will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) any content or software available at or through the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the App will meet user requirements. Your use of the App, service, and content is solely at your own risk.
Where any applicable law prohibits any of the disclaimers set out in these terms, the limitations will be deemed modified and shall apply to the extent allowed by that law.
Links to external websites and apps
Links on the App may take you to third party websites or apps. Visa accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy or functionality of these other websites or apps. Visa provides such links in good faith for your convenience. Visa cannot be held responsible for any subsequent change in other websites or apps to which we provide a link. The inclusion of any link to other websites or apps does not necessarily imply affiliation with that website or endorsement by Visa. You agree that it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of and carefully read the legal and privacy notices of all other websites that you visit.
Third party offers and materials
You acknowledge that any third party offers, materials, or functionality appearing on the App are not necessarily controlled or monitored by us and that the views expressed are not necessarily ours. Visa is not responsible for any inaccurate, misleading or out-of-date information supplied by third parties. Visa is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Experiences on the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (b) any claim the App fails to conform to any relevant legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims under consumer protection or similar legislation. Any offers appearing on the App are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier and may be subject to change without further notice to you.
Notices of Alleged Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
Materials or content may be made available via the App by third parties not within our control. However, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any material uploaded to or transmitted via the App infringes your copyright or any other intellectual property right, you should provide us with written notice that at a minimum contains:
| (A) | A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; |
| (B) | Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; |
| (C) | Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; |
| (D) | Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and, if available, your email address; |
| (E) | A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and |
| (F) | A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are, or are authorized to act on behalf of, the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. |

It is our policy to terminate relationships with third parties who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Visa’s Rights & Licenses to You
Visa owns or licenses all materials and content posted by Visa on or through the App (the “Visa Content”), and all intellectual property or proprietary rights in the Visa Content. Visa hereby licenses to you, on a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable and otherwise non-transferable basis, and subject to all of these Terms and any additional terms governing the App, the right to access and use the Visa Content solely for your personal and non-commercial use. All rights not granted under these Terms are reserved by Visa and/or its licensors. Your use of the Visa Content must respect the intellectual property or other rights of third parties, and you represent and warrant that your use of the Visa Content will not violate any such rights. Nothing in these Terms grants to you any right to use any of Visa’s or any other third party’s trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names or other indicia of origin.
Eligible Territories/Governing Law
The use of the App is open exclusively to legal residents of the following countries: Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan. Access or use by residents of any other country or jurisdiction is prohibited. The laws of Singapore shall govern these Terms. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Singapore for all matters arising in connection with these Terms or your access or use of the App.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions from these Terms at any time. You are responsible for revisiting this page to review updates to these Terms.

關於Visa手機應用程式
本應用程式爲您提供一個發現國內外優惠及體驗的平台。本應用程式可讓您瀏覽其他用戶提交的體驗，獲得優惠或折扣並可提交自己的體驗（“體驗”），以供其他用戶參考。本應用程式還有其他功能，包括貨幣轉換工具、旅行規劃和目的地資訊，並整合了Visa快樂暢行網站（www.visatravelhappy.com）。
當您通過本應用程式提交體驗後，您的體驗可讓本應用程式的其他使用者瀏覽。您的體驗可能作爲應用程式的一部分展示或出現在Visa快樂暢行網站、Facebook等社交網絡、郵件短訊或其他營銷傳播渠道。
與社交網絡賬戶連聯
若您通過社交網絡賬戶（包括但不限於Facebook和Twitter）（“社交網絡賬戶”）註册，並且/或者在註册本應用程式時或註册本應用程式後連聯了您社交網站賬號，那麽
- 您不可撤銷同意並允許Visa獲得您社交網絡賬戶的個人資料及資訊，包括但不限於該社交網絡賬戶的個人資料及好友資訊。
- 您授權Visa提取您在社交網絡用戶供應商/分銷商註册的資訊，以便“自動填寫”必填欄目，以及好友列表。
- 您同意相關社交網站賬戶涉及使用本應用程式和Visa從社交網絡賬戶獲取資訊的使用條款和政策。您承認並同意Visa可能需要您社交網絡賬戶供應商的認證和“對話管理”，Visa不對社交網絡賬戶供應商的行爲負責。
提交體驗的要求
當您通過本應用程式提交體驗或評論其他用戶提交的體驗，在與本應用程式功能相關範圍內，您同意並批准：
- 您發佈或提交的資訊和材料，包括出現在您的體驗或發文裏（統稱爲“發佈內容”）的任何標誌、圖片、設計圖和/或材料，爲：（i）原創，由您單獨創作並完全歸您所有，或（ii）非您原創或所有，但您完全擁有通過本應用程式或與體驗相關發佈或提交的權利，權利包括（但不限於）發佈內容版權所有者的一切必須許可和批准。
- 若您的體驗或發文裏的圖片或材料中出現非您本人的圖片，您需獲得此人的拍攝許可，若發佈在本應用程式的體驗或條款中同意的其他適用方式中包含該人姓名、圖片、肖像、照片、聲音、評論、發文、聲明和生平簡介（如適用）也需獲得該人同意。
- 您需年滿十八（18）歲，達法定年齡，並有能力同意以下條款。若您發佈的體驗中出現未滿十八（18）歲的人士或未到達法定年齡人士，即代表您是該人士父母或法定監護人，您必須與該人士一同出現在內容中，在此您同意該人士出現在本應用程式及其相關網站，表示您同意無需額外批准或同意該人士出現在你的體驗中。您同意以書面形式向Visa提交所有達成上述必要同意的要求。
- 您體驗和發文需遵循以下要求：
- 體驗和發文不能包含誹謗、中傷、恐嚇、辱駡、非法、低俗、不道德、煽動性、淫穢、色情、騷擾、仇恨和種族歧視或種族攻擊性的材料，或任何被視爲慫恿刑事犯罪、引起民事責任、違反法律或其他不當的材料。
- 體驗和發文不能涉及非法或引起異議的活動。
- 體驗和發文不能包含政治性評論、暗示和信息。
- 體驗和發文必須和出遊、旅行、酒店、生活方式和娛樂及與本應用程式整體風格一致的內容；以及
- 體驗、發文和相關內容，包括但並不限於，您體驗或發文中出現的人名或圖片，不能包含任何受版權保護的材料、商標、服務標誌、專利或受商業機密或保密義務保護的內容，或受第三方所有權保護或歸第三方所有的內容（包括但不限於設計圖、照片、圖片、文本、副本和名稱），不能包括侵犯第三方隱私權和形象權的內容，除非您是此材料或內容的所有者或從其合法所有人處獲得批准，方可使用本條所列的材料和內容。
Visa可能，但並不必須，在發佈之前或之後，檢查或監測體驗和發佈是否符合上述要求。Visa將完全自主决定體驗和發佈是否合規及適當。若體驗不符合要求或因其他原因，Visa可在不通知您的情况下駁回、編輯或删除任何體驗。
知識産權許可
您特此許可Visa不可撤銷的、永久的、免版稅的、全球性許可（“許可”包括您的發佈內容（見上文“提交體驗的要求”定義）在所有現有媒介及之後出現的媒介上的使用、複製、分發、展示、表演、編輯、再版、轉授權、翻譯、副本和衍生作品的權利，無需爲此向您支付、補償、通知或徵求您的許可）。您同意對體驗和所有發佈內容負全責。依照上述授權許可，爲避免疑義，您同意Visa和Visa代理人在許可範圍內行動，以避免侵犯您或相關第三方在體驗和發佈內容中的道德或知識産權。
商標權
本應用程式上展示的商標、標誌和服務商標（統稱“商標”）都是Visa及其他的註册和非註册商標。本應用程式的一切內容，除非經Visa或可能擁有商標權的第三方書面許可，其他一切暗示、禁止反言或許可使用商標不能視爲允許使用商標。嚴禁濫用商標和本應用程式展示的其他內容。Visa積極保護其知識産權，包括通過使用民事或刑事訴訟手段。
姓名/肖像/內容使用權
通過使用本應用程式/或上傳體驗，您同意Visa及其代理人在全世界範圍內永久使用（使用前可作任意修改）您的體驗、姓名、圖片、肖像、照片、聲音、評論、發文、聲明和生平資料，在現有的所有媒介及之後可能出現的媒介上爲Visa進行廣告、宣傳和推廣，媒體包括但不限於互聯網、平面媒體和電視，且不用付款，補償或向您通知或徵求您同意，除非法律禁止或其他網站適用條款與細則禁止。
提交體驗
Visa可能選取某些體驗（“提交體驗”），將其開發爲廣告、宣傳、多媒體內容或其他宣傳資料以推廣Visa及其産品和服務。Visa可根據自身需要對該體驗任意進行修改和編輯。您同意並贊成Visa以此目的使用您的體驗。
豁免/免責
您同意豁免、保護、免除Visa、其母公司、其子公司、附屬公司、其廣告推廣代理公司、及各公司的員工、總監、執行官、代理、商業合作夥伴、承包商、分銷商及代表免於一切索償、訴求、債務、開支或花費，包括由以下引起或與以下相關造成的律師費：（i）您違背上述條款或違背第三方適用法律或協議；（ii）Visa使用您的體驗發文或其他內容，包括您或他人的姓名、圖片、肖像、照片、聲音、評論、生平資料或其他資料，包括但不限於由於或基於（允許範圍內）使用您向本應用程式提交的經驗、發文、姓名、圖片、肖像或其他資料複合或編輯造成的版權侵犯、商標侵犯、盜用、隱私侵犯、誹謗、形象權、弱化、變更、編輯、變形、曲解、幻覺、錯誤複製、小說化；（iii）您通過本應用程式使用的材料或功能。
保證與責任範圍
Visa和您沒有特殊關係或誠信義務。您承認並同意，誰註冊為本應用程式的用戶，從本應用程式獲取的內容，本應用程式對用戶的影響，用戶對本應用程式內容的理解和使用，用戶在看到本應用程式內容後産生的行爲均與Visa無關。
Visa對於本應用程式的用戶行爲及其提供資料的真實性不做任何聲明和保證。在任何情况下，Visa不對出於或與您或其他用戶與本應用程式有關的行爲，包括但不限於身體傷害、精神損害、心理問題或損害、和通過本應用程式與其他用戶溝通或會面産生的任何傷害，無論是直接、間接、普通、特殊、補償性、結果性和/或偶發性損害負有責任。例如，在任何情况下，您都不應該向其他人士提供您的財務資料（如信用卡號或銀行賬號）。
本應用程式、服務和內容是基於“現狀”和“原樣且可提供”的基礎上向用戶提供，不做任何形式的聲明或保證，明示或暗許，任何履約過程或商業習慣暗示的保證都不被承認，除在法律規定範圍內。在不影響上一句一般適用性的情况下，您理解並承認本應用程式上的以下特徵或資訊（不時修改、編輯或新增）都是指示性事實/數據，由Visa基於精選的合作夥伴或消息來源提供的資訊而成，Visa對於有關這些指示性事實/數據（可能隨時修改或删除指示性事實/數據）的準確性或可靠性不做任何聲明或保證。
- 目的地旅行費用消費詳情（如一瓶水的價錢）
- 地圖、ATM定位設置、貨幣轉換器等
- 體驗和相關資料，如地址、聯繫方式、網址、體驗的平均消費等
- 優惠和相關資料，如地址、聯繫方式、網址、體驗的平均消費等
- 其他用戶上傳的體驗及相關資料，如體驗的平均消費、地址等
Visa及其公司主管、員工、代理商、代表、供應商、合作夥伴和內容提供商不保證：（a）本應用程式在任何時間或地點都安全可用；（b）更改所有瑕疵或錯誤；（c）本應用程式上或通過本應用程式接觸到的任何內容或軟件都是無病毒或不含其他有害成分；或（d）使用本應用程式可達到用戶要求。您使用本應用程式、服務和內容造成的風險由本人承擔。
如有任何適用法律禁止上述條款中的免責聲明，責任範圍將被修改並適用於該法律允許範圍。
外部網站和應用程式連結
本應用程式上的連結可能將您引導至第三方網站或應用程式。Visa對於第三方網站或應用程式上的內容、精確性和功能不承擔任何責任。若還有其他網站或應用程式不一定意味該網站是友情連結或是經Visa認證。您同意，訪問其他網站，瞭解並認真閱讀其法律和隱私條款是您本人的責任。
第三方優惠和材料
您承認本應用程式上出現的第三方優惠、材料或功能不一定受Visa控制或監測，其觀點不一定代表Visa的觀點。Visa不對第三方提供的不精確、誤導性或過時資訊負責。Visa不負責解决您或第三方就本應用程式體驗引起的權利主張，包括但不限於，（a）産品責任權利主張；（b）本應用程式未能遵守任何相關法律或法規要求産生的權利主張；（c）受消費者權益保護或類似法規保護的權利主張。本應用程式出現的任何優惠都受供應商的條款與細則制約，如有變更恕不通知。
被指控侵犯知識産權條款
第三方通過本應用程式提供的材料或內容不在Visa控制範圍內。但是，Visa尊重其他人士的知識産權。如果您認爲通過本應用程式上傳或傳送的任何材料侵犯了您或他人的知識産權，您應向Visa提供最少包括以下內容的書面通知：
- 被授權處理獨有權被侵犯人士的手寫或電子簽名；
- 知識産權保護作品被侵犯的證明，或，如果一個通知內包括數個知識産權保護作品被侵犯，其代表名單；
- 被指侵權材料的認證或侵權行爲認證，被指侵權材料被移除或不能訪問的認證，或有足够合理的資料允許Visa查找材料；
- 足够的資料讓Visa聯繫您，如您的姓名、地址、電話號碼和，如有，電郵地址；
- 您聲明堅信有爭議材料的使用未經知識産權所有者、其代理人或法律授權；及
- 聲明通知中的資料準確性，及您是被侵權的所有者授權而行動的。若作僞證甘願受罰。

Visa對您的權利及許可
Visa擁有或許可Visa通過本應用程式發佈的所有材料和內容（“Visa內容”），及Visa內容的知識産權或所有權。Visa給予您一項可撤銷的、非獨有的、非轉售許可的等非轉讓的許可，受管理本應用程式的條款與細則制約，給予您在個人、非商業目的基礎上獲取和使用Visa內容的權利。本條款未盡權利受Visa及/或其許可方保護。您使用Visa內容時必須尊重第三方的知識産權或其他權利，您表示並保證您使用Visa內容時不會侵犯此類權利。本條款未准許您使用Visa或第三方的商標、服務商標、標誌、域名或原産地標記。
合法地區/適用法律
本應用程式只向以下國家合法居民開放：澳大利亞、阿塞拜疆、巴林、白俄羅斯、波黑、中國、埃及、香港、印度、印度尼西亞、日本、約旦、哈薩克斯坦、肯尼亞、科威特、吉爾吉斯斯坦、黎巴嫩、馬其頓、馬來西亞、摩爾多瓦、摩洛哥、新西蘭、尼日利亞、阿曼、巴基斯坦、菲律賓、卡塔爾、俄羅斯、盧旺達、沙特阿拉伯、塞爾維亞、新加坡、南非、韓國、斯里蘭卡、臺灣、塔吉克斯坦、泰國、突尼斯、土庫曼斯坦、烏克蘭、阿拉伯聯合酋長國和烏茲別克斯坦。嚴禁其他任何國家或司法轄區的居民使用本應用程式。條款受新加坡法律管轄。您在此明確同意此條款引起或您使用本應用程式引起的事宜受新加坡境內的法院專屬管轄。
